My
good friend Tim Gendreau at Racer Off-road has been on me for
7 months to do a Pre Runner using a new Chevy Truck. So we are
pleased to announce the COP4x4 Dune Dancer, a special edition
pre runner by Racer Off Road.
We start with a brand new 2007 Black new body crew cab with
power windows, locks, keyless entry, upgraded carpet, and
the Vortec 5.3L V8 engine with 315 hp. Then we have custom
molded a cowl induction fiber glass hood, new 3" fiberglass
front and rear fenders, and are the first we know of that
has the fiber glass molds for all three body styles in 3" and
6" for the new body Chevy trucks. We have painted the
mirrors, door handles, and grill to match. We are also dumping
both front and rear bumpers and installing custom made tubular
bumpers, and a custom skid plate in the front, along with
a removable spare tire carrier mounted inside the bed. Then
we are installing 17" custom wheels, 35" Brand
New Tread style BFG off road tires, fox racing shocks, and
a full custom exhaust. Last but not least we have installed
our COP 4X4 full custom leather package. The custom paint
scheme will be similar to the Black Jack illustration. We
will introduce this truck at SEMA (Booth #33457) along with
one of our Jeeps. Check back soon for more updates on this
